I odered the Palisades California King bed from LA Furniture stoe aand was happy with their quick delivery. Delivered on time but some damage was seen. The store was quick to replace the furniture with a new one. Wonderful indeed! Made my spounse and myself happy!

visited LA Furniture and saw this Cove
dresser and mirror. Impressed with the
presentation. Delivery came for 4 weeks so
was a lot of time. Satisfactied with my new

Looking for furniture can be tiring and exhausting. My husband is already losing hope to find the appropriate table for our dining room. But because of our persistence, we encountered this store which we found online. It did bring a big smile on my husband's face as we saw the huge selection. We had a nippy, effortless and fun shopping experience at this store. Their customer service is without doubt the best and the prices of furniture are very reasonable. The dining table we ordered perfectly suits our living style and budget.

Shopping for a sofa at LA Furniture Store was very fullfilling. Many variety of styles and designs to choose from, you can select the level of firmness and the kind of material for the cushions. They have varied options on the kind of leather and fabric that will fit your budget and living room design. Sales staff is equally helpful providing you information to help you arrive at a decision. Ordering was without fuss and delivery service was exceptional. THey brought the furniture in the house, assembled it, and removed the debris. I was able to enjoy it same night as delivery. i highly recommend it to any furniture shopper.

Picking out a bed at LA Furniture Store was wonderful. The sales person who assisted us is caring and attentive. We are still waiting for our bed and I am 100% sure that it is precisely as ordered.

With brilliant sales personnel, LA Furniture Store can never go wrong. Not a single question from us was snubbed and no pressure at all. They paid attention, provided useful ideas concerning color, durability, pets, and restricted space. Their staff has a good memory remembering all their customers. It took us 3 days before we finally ordered and they accommodated our request for alterations in the sofa size. The 3- 5 week delivery time was sensible enough since it is a customized sofa. We would positively recommend LA Furniture Store to our friends, family and anyone who wanted a customized sofa.

I would say that overall I am quite satisfied with the purchase of my bed. Delivery to my door, assembly was very fast. One of the wooden slats that holds up the mattress came broken. They assured me they were going to send the broken piece by Fedex. Responsive customer service department.

The WORST buying experience ever!!!!
DO NOT do business with them - they are liars!!!!
I came to store got 3 items (2 of them were in stock) and we agreed on a price and delivery fees and that items in stock will be delivered right away. Imagine my surprise when I called 2 weeks later to find out what is going on with my delivery - they told me that because I got items to cheap I will have to pay additional $100 delivery fee - even though they advertise free curb side delivery nationwide and I live in the same area.
Naturally I cancelled my order - and now waiting how they going to scam me on a refund

After reading so many negative reviews I wanted to take a moment to post how satisfied I am with my purchase from La Furniture Store. I found the online store for La Furniture before relocating to Los Angeles and immediately began stalking the "President sofa set" for several months before hand and have to say I read many of the negative reviews and almost decided not to purchase this sofa from this store.
However I ended up changing my mind one evening and went to one of the stores in Downtown. I was pleasantly surprised as I arrived at the store just 10 minutes before closing time. The sales representative couldn't have been more helpful. She sat with me and patiently assisted me in picking out the perfect Leather color and went out of her way to be more than helpful. I ended up keeping her about 30 minutes past closing time but she never rushed me.
The next issue I was concerned about was delivery. I was told it would be 6 weeks but within 3 weeks the delivery company contacted me and had received my couch for delivery. They were on time 2 days later, polite and professional. The couch is so comfortable, well made and I'm absolutely glad I purchased it from La Furniture Store.

I wanted to furnish my entire house, but could not find any store that has all the furniture I needed in my budget. Then i found LA Furniture Store. Not only do they have the best prices and the best selection, but I was able to recieve what they call a package deal from them on all of the furniture I needed. After a brief conversation with my wife, I brought her to their LA showroom and we made our purchase with one of their sales represantatives. The sales person was very helpful in helping us choose our furniture and gave us the best price after consulting his boss. The furniture arrived to our house in about a week. Everything was in great condition and great quality just like we expected. Even though we chose the curbside delivery to save money on having them assemble furniture, it was very easy to assemble. Overall im very happy with my purchase and plan on ordering more.

Absolutely purchase nothing from these guys. Their website looks professional, their customer is always right approach they advertise on their website is dead on but in reality its just a hoax.
To begin with, after purchasing a table, granted not the most expensive table in the store, and having it shipped to me I found that not all the parts were included. This in itself is not the end of the world, people make mistakes, but when I looked at my half built table I found numerous flaws. The paint was uneven and missing in some places (it was supposed to be lacquered). The edge of the table didnt align when it was closed. The table top was bowed making it impossible to eat at the ends of the table because the center portion was a inch lower than it should have been. This is just to name a few of the problems.
Needless to say I wanted a full refund and for them to pick the thing up. Their response was that I got a table to the quality expected of a table in that price range. I have bought Ikea products much cheaper and the quality was FAR superior to this, not to mention when they say lacquered it actually is. To top it off I would have to pay for shipping to and from, plus a 20% restocking fee.
Does that sound like a store that wants to keep their customers or stands behind their products? Dont be bamboozled by their low prices. Spend a little bit more to get something better or just go to Ikea!
