I love Bliss Nail Spa. I have been a loyal customer since it first opened. They have a nice array of services and are always consistent. I have recommended Bliss to many of my friends, who now get their nails done there regularly as well. Recently, Bliss added exfoliation and scent selections to their nail services. The rosemary mint is so refreshing. If you want a great mani/pedi in a relaxing environment, head to Bliss!

I've been to Bliss a few times - some good and some bad - one lady gave me a great manicure and did an excellent job shaping my nails but they're just too $$$ for the services. Had an amazing facial there - I like their line of skin care products - Dermalogica - but only went because they were running a special.

This last time I went - no more. I've heard a silk wrap was a good way to keep a natural looking nail - well I am not impressed. I could have gotten fake nails that would have looked more natural. They were lumpy and very thick - the girl was very sweet and attempted to smooth out my nails but I'm still not happy with the end result. So now I'm searching for a new place to "fix" my thick nails...

Pros: Very nice staff and great atmosphere

Cons: too $ for their services

I had an appointment set up for this afternoon for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow touch up. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was instructed to wash my hands in preparation. After washing, the young lady at check-in informed me that not only was the manicurist running at least half an hour late, but they would not have time to do the manicure and pedicure. They could "freshen" my nails but not perform the full service. Not only was she rude, but the situation was wrong. They took my cell phone number to book the appointment. They should have called before I bothered to drive over to tell me they did not have time for my appointment. I would recommend choosing another, more professional spa in the area. Both Fiori and Houston Heights Spa are great.

Pros: Clean but not worth it. There are a lot of clean places.

Cons: Terrible Service. Appointments mean nothing.

I am an avid spa go-er and I love to get my nails done. I was given a gift certificate to Bliss for Christmas and was excited abt my appointment. I made my appt for noon on a Friday (with a friend) because I saw on the website that you can get a mani/pedi combo for $55 during that time. When I got there I was super impressed with the decor and the owner (male) greeted us really nice and offered drinks. He told us our techs were running late but that "he would make it up to us". I asked him for the mani/pedi special (for $55)and he said he did not know about that and would look into it?? I thought that was odd- it is clearly listed on the website and he is the owner! We started 15min late and I got a 20 min pedi and my full mani...they did not have any of the latest collection (they ran out)of nail polish (OPI) so I could not get the color we wanted...disappointed!! We had booked the private room and we asked if we could sit there for awhile after our "quick" services for our nails to dry if the room was not booked, they said we could- which was really nice. Five minutes later they said we had to move because the room was booked- we sat at the dryers for 10 minutes but we did not see anyone use the room- odd?? When we went to pay & the owner said it was $70...I told him I had requested the special($55)and he said "Oh- Let me look into it"- he should have done that when we got there, when I asked him the first time! So after "looking into it" - he did charge $55. So does that mean that he charges everyone the regular $70- unless they speak up...contrary to what their website says (early bird specials)?? Not only did he try to overcharge us - he did not mention anything about starting us late & making it up to us- he never did. I had my nails around 1pm- went to bed at 10pm and they were still not dry!! So all that for nothing because I took off the bad polish. The techs were super nice and the actually service was not bad if we had more time. They were VERY CLEAN and the place is nice- but for a 30min $40 pedicure there has to be more. There are too many places that offer more for less in an equally nice environment like Isle Pedispa or Kai Spa.

Pros: beautiful and clean

Cons: service was NOT good

I love this place. I've had mani/pedis from several of the technicians and all have been good. I've also had a couple of massages and left feeling great. Everybody is really nice. I think the prices are average - not the cheapest place in town, but not too expensive either.
