Rude staff I visited this establishment to get a key copied and I was quite astonished by the attitude of the staff. I was ignored by the gentlemen working behind the counter for several minutes until the other employee smoking a cigarette in front of the store finally came in and said abrasively "What you want?" They were able to copy my key, but I will find somewhere else to get these services from in the future.

They didn??t do a very good job. It was obvious I got skunked. This smells like skunks I was told that you would be able to help me change my ignition but the guy you sent out was not able to. You have wasted time I could have had someone out here actually fixing it.

Locksmith Mooresville was great. I had broke my key in the ignition, they came right away..did not overcharge. They were courteous, professional, even took care of another minor issue w/car i had.. It was a very good experience. I would recommend them !!!
