Another good experience through Servicemagic.com!! A Timber Care representative made a timely visit to my house, listened to my concerns and walked the property with me as I pointed out what I believed my needs to be. Rather than seek as much work as possible, he carefully pointed out where he agreed with me and where their services were not really necessary based on his understanding of tree growth and what I could expect over time. In other words, he showed me that some of my concerns need not be dealt with as drastically as I had presumed. The final fee quoted me was shockingly reasonable! My mom, who lives not far away, paid 4 times my quote--and that was before my 20% discount--from one of Timber Care competitors. I don't dare tell her!
Okay, about the job itself. They were profession, in-and-out in what seemed hardly any time at all and they left the place totally clean. Just watching them was better than any reality TV show. I took loads of pics even though I was often fearful for the trimmer, but he knew his stuff and there were no casualties. I found it amazing that the tree branches seemed to fall exactly as planned. I live in a heavily wooded area and if any of my neighbors seek my advice re services, I intend to highly recommend Timber Care.
Arbor Care provided great service. They came to give an estimate quickly and once we agreed to their service, they were out within the week with their team to perform the work. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up everything after they finished.
It was quick. They scheduled me quickly. The price was very reasonable. They came and did the work. The site was very clean afte they had completed the work. Outstanding. I would use them again for tree work. Glad I tried Service magic this time and found them.
Arbor Care was magnificent!!!! They trimmed this HUGE tree in my back yard and it looks great. And the price was by far the best of the 3 companies I looked at. Great service! Cleaned up and locked my gate when they finished. Call them!!!
A very enthusiastic crew who worked to do the amount of trimming and pruning that I wanted. Unfortunately arrived without the necessary ladder but did go purchase one before completing necessary work. Tried hard to be sure I was satisfied with work. Overall I recommend them but would suggest that good directions be given if customer is not there to monitor work.
Very friendly and responsive. I ussually have a hard time with contractors and find something wrong but couldnt complain at all with the service I received.
They responded immediately and were ready to work within my tight time frame. Great pricing, and very professional. They completed the job on schedule and did a great job tidying up. I was amazed how quickly a tree and several limbs from another were gone! Communication was great, and I know who I'll call if I need more tree work done.

Tree Service was great, but I am still waiting for ArborCare Tree Experts & Outdoor Services to finish. I was told by the tree Forman that the stumps would be removed either Thursday or Friday and someone call and schedule a date and time to remove two stumps. This was on May 7 2010 and I am still waiting.
The tree technicians were extremely professional. Not only were they on time but they were early. They removed the tree and left a stump smaller than I expected which was fantastic. They cleaned up all of the debris from my yard and also my neighbor's yard. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends without hesistation.
I cannot say enough about this company and their employees. They were on time, professional and they did everything I expected and more. I am looking forward to hiring them again to remove tress and bushes from my front yard. Do not let their extremely reasonable prices fool you. The job was done to more than my satisfaction. Nice people to talk to/with, BUT they performed only part of the service I paid $460.00 for in August 2009. They took a large (diseased) tree down in the corner of my backyard ($300.00), but neglected to remove a bush ($160.00) on the other corner of my yard. They stated the piece of equipment necessary had a flat tire. They never returned to finish the job, so after speaking at length with Mike Schmitt in his office, I told him to leave that bush, take down another one & marked it as he told me to do so they would know which one it was. He was also going to plant a new tree in the backyard & let me know how much it would be.
Excellent work. Prompt, dependable, professional, and nice guys. Will definitely use them again soon.

They came and took down a 60 foot tree in half they time they estimated, on budget. Very happy with the service and response to questions.
There was enough men sent out to do the work in about an hour and one-half. it would have taken a couple of guys all day to do the work we contracted them to do. They were professional and they got the work done and we are very please. We had two trees trimmed to raise their canopies by 3 or 4 branches. They also trimmed a lot of shrubs in the front of our property and one very monstous small wild rose bush near our heat pump in the side/back. We will defintely get another estimate from Arbor Care in the future.
ArborCare Tree service personnel arrived at my home on time and work all day removing trees they cut down. They have very reasonable prices and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I will contract them again on my next tree project next spring.

Easy to get along with, was prompt in contacting me and prompt in completion of work.
I did not recieve a call back for several days after calling them but once the deal was done things went smoothly. They showed up on time and complated the job quickly.
