Real Property Management was very helpful and responsive. They suggested that the rent should be higher than I was asking, and then they leased the house within a week. Their suggestion was correct! Also, when I called they always responded promptly.

RPM did an excellent job and communicated well throughout the process. They are very knowledgeable about the whole process and the market as well. This allowed them to obtain a higher rate for my property than I would have received otherwise.

I have not even moved into the duplex that I am renting through Real Property Management and already I am dealing with the worst rental situation I have ever been in. This company clearly has no communication. The current tenants are breaking their lease, which I am taking over. I spoke to the leasing agent assigned to this property one time when she called to say that my application was received. I had to call back a week later to find out if it was approved since she never called me back. I found out at the time that it was and was then told there were other applications after mine and that I needed to bring a deposit that day or risk losing the house. It would have been nice to know this information beforehand, as I was thinking I had everything I needed. Now I am dealing with the Leasing Manager who is no better. She told me to respond to her email with a time, yet almost a week later, I have not heard back from her either. Now, even though my lease has a date of the 15th, her assistant tells me it may not be ready. Good thing I already have a mover scheduled. This place is a joke and I can only imagine the horrors that I will encounter when I actually move in and need something. I don't know if they are all just idiots or if they have too much to do and can't keep up, but either way is unacceptable. Thank God I'm only renting from them and am not an owner who has my property in their hands. If I did not LOVE this house, I would have said screw it a long time ago. I left another message this afternoon so we'll see if anyone ever calls me back this time. If there were a way to give 0 stars, I would do that for this rating.
