We loved everything we ordered! The mac and cheese was sensational. The service left a lot to be desired. The menu and decor were great, but the service didn't match the dining experience. The waiter was m.i.a. most of the meal. I'd still go back.

I went to luch yesterday. I was quite excited to try out, I ordered a salada( lettice with bluecheese, bacon one) as a a first dish, it seemed so old, so i dought and check inside of salada. i found diry and 2 worms inside of salada. i was so shocked even they serve us like this condition....oh gosh... i even bite a couple of piece...yuk.
what is going on this restaurant. I'm sure they have no desire to serve us as a daily life?
Mr. David Burike , are you reading this?

This place had very good food but it was way to expensive! We had a large party with us and the service was not what I had expected at all for the amount of money that we spent there.

When my family visited this restaurant a few weeks back we were excited to try a new seafood place. The fact that it is one of David Burke's restaurants made it that much more appealing. Unfortunately, we were very underwhelmed. Guests at this restaurant can expect inconsistent dishes, uncomfortably low seats, poor service and a wine list that is absurdly marked up.

Some of the dishes at this restaurant were fantastic, such as the Crab Cake appetizer. But others including the Dover Sole were utterly tasteless and boring. This would have been somewhat okay, if not for the horrendous service. We spent 20 minutes waiting past our reservation time, and a total of 2.5 hours in the dining room because we were constantly waiting.

Both our waiter and on of the chefs seemed to be more consumed with providing service to their friends sitting at the table next to us then all of the paying customers. (Word of advice to the chef: your friends are not the ones you need to impress, its the people that keep you in business). To top off our bad experience, was what we found out when we returned home. We paid $92 for a bottle of white wine that was very nice, however it could be had for $19 at retail. While I understand restaurants marking up wine and I expect to pay about 2-3 times retail, marking up a bottle nearly 5x is absurd and to be blunt a sheisty thing to do.

Final words: Don't waste your money here. A much better meal can be had at one of Manhattan's many Greek Seafood restaurants, such as Avra.
