Integrity hires untrained, unprofessional employees. They may do some training after the person has been in your home for several weeks. The employees are told to say they are trained. They will let a person into your home that they haven't even met. We have had employees just not show up after being established in the home and the office staff says they can no longer find them!

Integrity doesn't follow insurance guidlines for clients. They will send sick employees to care for elderly clients who are at greater risk if exposed to illness. They will double charge your insurance so you have to watch every claim.

They underpay their employees so there is a constant turn over... never the same face twice, which is especially hard for Alzheimer's patients. The staff does not care about the family or the patient, they just want the funds.

Make sure the company does the following:
1. Background checks on employees.
2. References
3. Training, before sent into your home.
4. Previsits to meet the employee.
5. If you pay for the employees gas, see that they get the full amount.
6. Integrity charges around $18/hr. but only gives their employees min. wage.
