If this company contacts you, RUN AWAY. If you have contacted them, do not pay them a dime and go elsewhere for assistance. They hook you quickly with this cookie cutter audit that states you have all of these fines on your loan and then pass you on to US Legal that is a call center that every time you call you get a new person that has no clue where you are at in the process. You have to repeat yourself everytime you call in to follow up and they give you different answers each time. This company is a scam and is being investigated by the California Attorney Generals office. I learned the hard way and do not want anyone else to go through what we have gone through. We are in process of trying to get money back but not looking good.

I went to see them about my house. I was already foreclosed on but I think I am going to go ahead and use them anyway. I'm not going to let these big banks get the best of me.

US Loan Auditors is a company that does a mortgage audit on your loan. I used them and I highly recommend them. USLA was able to determine that I was a victim of predatory lending and said that I had a case. Basically, it means that my mortgage company totally pulled one on me and now I get some restitution! I have done a lot of research on other similar companies and US Loan Auditors seems to be the best option. I have had to two separate meetings at the corporate office and I was impressed. I give them two thumbs up but please always do your own research, but they have my vote.
