MEB is a pathetic disgrace of a management company. Their staff is unmotivated and lacks adequate training. The most common response my wife and I receive when we ask even basic questions is "that's a great question" accompanied by a blank look. The staff does not offer to find the answer and doesn't follow up. Their managers are even more asinine than the regular staff. I spoke to a manager at the premises they manage at 4050 W Aerie Drive, Marana, AZ 85741 the other day and her actual response was "we're not legally required to tell you that information". My question was simply about why they changed the locks on the apartment complex. As a renter it seems logical that I should get an explanation of why my locks were changed. Their maintenance staff is also horrible. They used to have a great maintenance man named Scott who was very friendly and went the extra mile, but he left the company because he was sick of the way he was treated by the company (that's what he told us). The new maintenance takes forever, if they ever get to the problem at all. If you're an owner that needs a company to manage your property be very wary. If you're looking for a rental, definitely choose a premises that isn't managed by MEB. Down the road, you'll be grateful for staying away from these guys.
