Absolutely no return calls after 3 weeks of consistent requests for a small home office apparently my small time business isn't of interest to this business. They have the worst follow up procedures and obviously need a class in proper customer service. I plan on passing this information on to others that ask. Cannot even complain the actual floor result was poor because you cannot even get them to return a call.
