I purchased my Jeep Patriot from you 3-2013. I scheduled a service appointment with your staff for Saturday, 2-1-14. I specifically reported deflating tires. I needed to put 10 lbs. of air in the back driver side tire each day last week. I waited over 2 hours. I was told that nothing was wrong with my car. Your service manager, Dan, and your sales person, Jack Holt, from whom I purchased my car, were both patronizing and condescending, stating that I was "obviously frustrated and I did not understand that facts". I was told that it was "normal" for the low tire light to be on when it was cold and that there was nothing wrong with my car. Dan would have NEVER treated a man the way that I was treated in your service department. I went to Sears Automotive Center the next day. They pulled a screw out of the back passenger tire. They pulled a piece of metal that had penetrated the inner wall of the tire on the back driver's side and they also resealed the bead at the back driver's side. My car has been fine since. I obviously did NOT "Come First at Sport Durst". You sent a customer away in a car with tires that were dangerous. It was an absolutely awful customer service experience and your service technician totally failed in diagnosing the issue with my car.

It was one of the most comfortable situations I have ever endured while purchasing a vehicle. It really calmed me down since I had recently been working with two other Hyundai Dealers ( Johnson and also Southern States ) They really gave me the ol' run around on everthing from pricing to what they wanted me to buy. I was considering a Mazda3 and visited this place to test drive it. Though I liked the car, it was a little too small for my comfort, and although I ultimately bought a Civic elsewhere, I enjoyed my experience here as the representative was extra-helpful in finding a car that was "just-right" for me. He was also very enthusiastic about his job and overall made the experience pleasant.
