I called Quinn to have my driveway removed and repaved. I got quotes from several companies in April 2009 and decided to go with Quinn since their price was right in the middle and the owner told me they had been around for 30 years. \r\n\r\nI signed a contract with them on April 22, 2009 and mailed it. June came around and I had not heard anything from them so I called and left a message. No one returned my call. I called again several days later, left another message, and the owner called me back. He said they had received my contract but I did not want them to pave the driveway yet. He explained the weather was not ideal and I wouldn't want the first batch of asphalt of the year anyway. I asked when I could expect them and he stated they would call me when they were ready.\r\n\r\nThe end of June came around and I called again to let them know I was going on vacation. Again no one answered and I left a message. No one returned my call. On July 6, Quinn called my phone. I was unable to answer so they left a message. They stated they would be able to do the driveway the next day. I called back later that evening and no one answered.\r\n\r\nOn July 7 I received a call at 6:00 am from Quinn. They stated they could be there at 8:00 am to begin the work. I explained that I was on vacation and there were cars in my drive so two hours notice was not going to work for me.\r\n\r\nI called Quinn back at 9:00 am and told them I could be home in two hours to move my cars. I was told not to bother, that they had already started another job. I told them I would be home in a few days and we could set up a date right then. They stated they would call me back when they had an opening.\r\n\r\nJuly, August, and September passed and no one called. I have called twice in the last few days and left messages. No one has responded to my messages. The weather is cold now (it is October) and unless it warms up significatly I will not be able to have my driveway done at all this year thanks to Quinn.\r\n\r\nIf you want to hear someone tell you what you want to hear, call Quinn. You will have to leave several messages but when you actually get to talk to a human being they sound great. They talk a great game. But if you actually want work to be done don't waste your time with this company.
