For a day's worth of riding you really get a bang for your buck; the bikes were in great condition and the whole adventure was super fun and hassle-free. The staff was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in plotting out our route, sending us each off each with an easy-to-read map right between the handlebars.

Rented a great hybrid bike for the NYC 5 Boroughs race. Staff was cheerful, fast, lent me a spare kit just in case I had a flat, was flexible on the return time as the race took much longer than expected due to delays.

The entire bike rental process was seamless for us at Blazing Saddles. My husband walked in, were greeted by enthusiastic employees, and we were shown the map, got fitted for our bikes and helmets, and we were on our way. The provided bike locks were useful when we stopped for brunch at Sausalito. We were also each given a return ferry ticket that we could use if we wanted to. If we did, they would just add the charge later on. If we didn't, no worries, we just had to give them back the tickets when we returned the bikes. It was a convenient option so that we did not have to stand in line to buy our ferry tickets when we returned to SF.

Filled out paper work, got our bikes, and they gave us a quick (less than a minute) overview of the trail to take from Fisherman's Wharf to Golden Gate Bridge and we were on our way. The whole process probably took 10-15 minutes which was nothing and we were happy

They are very efficient with great, great, GREAT bikes! Their customer service is outstanding too. I love the tour and the guide we had was a funny, knowledgeable, and personable guy who makes the ride a blast!

I decided to rent a bike and take a tour. I was not looking forward to it because I thought it was going to be boring. I was wrong! It was so interesting! I am going to get a few friends together to go with me next time!

What an adventure Blazing Saddles provided for us! We biked across the Golden Gate Bridge and then into Sausilito! THey provided maps and directions and several good tips. The best part was we didn't have to bike back! We put the bikes right on the ferry!

Excellent bikes! We took one to Angel Island for the day and had a great time. Sometimes retals can be low quality, but my fiance's rental was just as nice as mine.
