Since signing agreement with Trad's for my home and that of two other family members, we have had nothing but problems. Request for calls to speak with home owners prior to showing up for service and treatments have fallen on deaf ears. This has resulted in attitude from service techs and rude behavior on their part. It has also resulted in a lot of wasted time on the phone getting service personnel back out to perform needed service. Our yard is gated and locked and requires owner be at home to allow access to over 1/2 of the yard, this request has seldom been followed.
Despite the good job that "Steve" our primary service tech has tried to preform, his partner that comes back for follow ups has been terrible. Not just from a service stand point, but going as far as to harass and lie to and bully a 91 year old widow regarding her having to "pay extra for follow up service calls", that "she was under contract and he would do what he wanted, when he wanted and she would pay for it" then when she became upset and stated she would just have to call me "Ken, her son that looks after these things for her" she was told that "he didn't care about any Ken, but that he was just having FUN with her as he likes to play with old people and watch them get upset" Because "they like it when he does that". Helen informed him that she didn't like it, and ask that I call and ask that he never come back. When this was reported to Trad's via Alexis no one returned my calls. In multiple calls prior to this event to John Neat; MGR, which have taken hours of time to reach, and then go over the issues, none of which have resulted in any changes or improvement in Service. So when finally we called to end service, for non performance and rude personnel, was placed we were quickly shuffled to the billing department where we informed that we would be responsible the for balance of the contract. Which is typical, we have paid on time for terrible service and now expected to pay more for terrible service.
Bottom line Trad's = lot of weeds, dead grass, high price, rude Techs...
