OMG! This nail place is a dream. Not only are the ladies very nice but they know how to make any person feel as if they were on a pedestal. They make sure that you are comfortable throughout the service and the massage is priceless. I would recommend this Nail Lounge because they have overall the best service and best attitude that one can ask for. The Boba drinks are so tasty with alot of different flavors to choose from and let me tell you the price is great for such a drink. As soon as you walk in to the nail lounge, the colors are very enlightning and make you feel relaxed and at home. If you are tired from a long hard day at work or just want to relax and have fun, then this is the place to go. AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a Groupon (so the services were prepaid) for 2 manicure/pedicures. The first time I went, the experience was very good--I don't recall the person's name (it was not McKenzie!), but she did a very nice job and it took 1' 45". The second time I went, I was 10 minutes late and the manicurist (she shouldn't even have that title), McKenzie, told me since I was late she could not soak my feet or any other service associated with my feet, other than apply polish. She finished the mani/pedi in 60 minutes. She did a lousy job on both my fingers and toes--sloppy application (I had to redo them when I got home), barely removed any cuticle (5 clips on each finger--gee, thanks), and then when she was finished, she went in the back and never came back out (no tip for her!). And while I sat and waited for the lousy job to dry, no one else came in to the salon (20 minutes worth) so my penalty for being late only hurt her and this so called establishment. If you go here, don't bother with McKenzie--with an attitude like that, the place should fire her because I won't be going back and I will make sure I tell all of my friends my experience. Hopefully, if the salon is smart and values their customers, she won't be working there in the future. Just remember her name should she work someplace else! Good luck in life, McKenzie, you're going to need it!

Cons: Arrogant, careless

My wife and I had just seen a movie at the Pavillions when we walked by the Denver Nail Lounge. We decided to have a pedicure. The ladies made me feel so at home (even on a pink couch) and my wife loved that we found something new to do together. Great massages and great service. Highly recommended for guys (and women too!). I think I found my valentines gift.

I also purchased a Groupon and went in with one of my girlfriends. I was able to get in right away, but I wasn't trying for an evening appointment and I didn't think I could go in on the weekends because it said that it was only valid Sunday through Thursday.
From the moment we walked in the door we were waited on hand and foot. We tried boba for the first time and loved it. The whole is salon is very retro-chic. I've been to a lot of other salons. Although, they were nice, we didn't feel like we could laugh out loud or really enjoy ourselves. I agree the manicure chairs were a little uncomfortable, but what the chairs lacked the technician completely made up for. My manicure and pedicure lasted for close to 3 weeks.
Not only did I get a great price, but I had one of my very best mani/pedi experiences ever. I'll definitely be stopping in again for my next fix.

I bought two Groupons for a friend and I to have two mani/pedis. I love a good rub down and polishing as much as the next girl but I'm not very picky as long as the people are nice and my nails look at least a little better than when I arrived! We called once or twice a week for about a month and a half before the salon could fit us in either after work or on a weekend. They blamed the high volume on the Groupon sales but if you're trying to promote your business I'd think you'd want people to actually COME to experience it. Our appointments had to be staggered because there was only one person working. The first appointment was at 6:00 and when we arrived about 7 minutes late we were informed that we would only be able to receive ONE manicure and two pedis. I work in healthcare and know the importance of being on time. Clearly it was our fault for being late (Parking downtown, go figure!) and I would have happily rescheduled the manicure I'D ALREADY PAID FOR but that was not an option. Had we wanted to reschedule we would have been charged for all of our services. Our "technician" was clearly in a hurry to leave for the day as we were the last two appointments. Both pedis and my mani were the lamest I've ever had. I love the massage part and she definitely didn't do all of the hype about this place justice. It was freezing cold in the salon, the manicure chairs are wanna-be retro plastic bar stools with no cushions and the technician was definitely sick with a cold and kept coughing. Overall it was a pretty crappy experience and if I were advertising super friendly, high quality service and I walked into that mess of a shop I would definitely rethink my slogans! Maybe you'll have better luck if you go during the middle of the day so that you're not inconveniencing the staff. Other than that I can only say that I'll definitely never go back and will certainly do more research before I waste my hard earned money on a Groupon for somewhere I've never been!
