La Salon Bianca is great. Thanks for the extra attention- I never feel like just another customer, but I feel like an individual when I'm in for an appointment! The quality of their services are above any other salon I've been to in the Rochester area and their pricing is very competitive. - Jillian B
La Salon Bianca is a wonderful salon! I came here for my first pedicure and I was a little worried at first but everything was very clean and sanitary. It was such a relaxing experience. I can tell they really know their products and what they're doing. I'm also a big fan of their Moroccan oil for my hair! -AO
I decided to try out La Salon Bianca because they are located in the plaza where I work. I just got a trim but I was very happy with my hair cut. I really liked the friendliness of their stylists too! They were very welcoming and the salon was very clean and modern. -Lindsey M
So I have spent years going to every salon in the Rochester area. I have been to them all. High end salons included. Now that I have found La Salon Bianca, I never have to go anywhere else again. I spent years trying to tell stylist what it is I wanted. They never really got it. I went to Kristina and we talked for 5 minutes... she got it!!! My hair has never been more healthy & had more body. The salon is so relaxing. I leave there not only feeling like I have the best hair around.. I am also relaxed. The pedicures are amazing. The staff is really nice. I will never go to another salon.
I have been going to La Salon Bianca since it opened a few years ago. Kristina, the owner, stays updated with all of the new techniques and products. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair and the only person I give credit to is Kristina, she is the best hairdresser ever! It is also a great ego booster when you get complimented. The other service I have had there is a pedicure by Marissa. She has the softest touch and uses the best products. My feet never looked or felt better. I will never go anywhere else.
The pedicurist, Marissa, had an advertised special of a pedicure for $50 with a free manicure. During the pedicure, she cut the soles of my feet with a metal file. The cuts took weeks to heal. She also did not moisturize before applying a paraffin mask (which is the whole point of the paraffin!). Then, I requested a french polish on my toes (which takes less than 30% of the normal amount of polish) as was told it would be an additional $15. I declined and then she didn't even bother to offer to paint them at all. After the pedicure was done, I paid and was ushered out the door before even getting the included manicure! I'll NEVER go back there!
