I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. A week ago, I had my windows tinted and a clear bra put on the entire front of my vehicle (cost was a little more than $700). The person had explained that if any bubbles or glazing

Ive had a few bad customer service experiences in my day but I have to say todays experience with The Touch of Shade Auto Glass Tint & Clear Bra establishment on Austin Bluffs Pkwy in Colorado Springs was the absolute worst!!! I had a full extra dark tint done on my vehicle last November and paid for it off the books because it wasnt a legal tint. They wouldnt provide a receipt of course and they explained know my vehicle/tint job and the work was guaranteed. We went back two days ago to show them some problems with the tint, and after the technician examined it, he told to bring it back this morning to leave it for the day and they would take care of it. We dropped the car off at about 1045 this morning and drove directly home in our second vehicle (about 15 minutes). Just as we were pulling into the driveway I received a call from them stating that we should pick up my vehicle because it wasnt their tint so they didnt do the work. When we arrived at their shop James and Chris (owner/manager respectively) were already spewing out excuses that they didnt do the tint job. I explained that they had done both a previous car we had, as well as the one we were complaining about. They continued to claim they did not do the work, so I assured them Im pretty damn sure I know where I got the work done. Since the sale was off the books they claim they have no record of me as a customer. I told them they should check their appointment book and they would see that I had an appointment in November (Ive since checked this and it was 11 Nov 11 at 10a.m.) Still denied. So, I took my keys and told them that I will be pleased to post online about my extremely dissatisfactory experience with their shop. They started swearing at me and calling me vile names, so I turned to the customer who was in the waiting room and suggested that he rethink getting his work done there. Both James and Chris came out from around the counter while continuing to swear at me while I was on my way out the door and down the sidewalk to my car. Having two men come toward me in a menacing way while hollering profanities at me (Im now a BrokeAss HillBilly Whore, B*tch, Effing C-word, etc.) was a totally new experience for me. I strongly suggest avoiding this business and these creeps!!
