In the past I went from salon to salon. Since my first visit here I won't go anywhere else. Great service, beautiful salon, whoever does my hair, it always looks great. Love the Aveda products & make-up too!

Easily the best Salon in Kissimmee or Orlando for that matter. I went in "hair" looking like a sasquatch and came out looking like George Clooney (at least to me). Jamie is the sweetest and always hooks me up.

Super friendly, nice, & professional. I get my hair cut & colored here and it ALWAYS looks amazing. Amanda in the spa gives the best facials. I highly recommend Matthew Michael's.

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was family! The front desk was warm and offered me some wine! PERFECT! I had just gotten off work and was prob not looking my best but I didn't feel like anyone was looking me up and down judging me like I have felt at other salons. My service provider was amazing! She gave me a tour and made me feel right at home. She asked me alot of great questions to really find out what I needed and what my expectations were. We now have the perfect hair plan for my future. At the end I decided to get a last minute pedicure and I felt like every person there really wanted to make sure I got exactally what I needed. The spa was relaxing and very clean! I almost fell asleep getting the massage during the pedicure! I know I will return many many more times!! I feel like every employee at Matthew Michael's really cared about me. They really stand out above the rest in Kissimmee! I encourage everyone to be pampered the Matthew Michael's way!!!!

This is a wonderful salon. I tried a number of salons when I moved to central Florida. I'm so so so glad that I found Matthew Michael's. Great friendly professional service. My hair ALWAYS looks great! They really are a top salon.

Today I was the recipient of an early April Fool's Day present courtesy Matthew Michael's Salon @ The Loop. I just didn't know I was the guest of honor. Months ago I thought I had hit pay-dirt in finding a salon that would would provide the service I asked for, which is all that I ask when I get a haircut. How ironic it is that during my last appointment, 3 weeks ago, I signed up and paid for their frequent customer program, considering I'll never again frequent that establishment.

Today I arrived on-time for my scheduled appointment with my fiancee, who had an appointment with her stylist conveniently scheduled for the same time. We were greeted by the receptionist and after a short wait my fiancee was greeted by her stylist. I was informed there would be a short wait for my stylist, Gilbert, but that it "wouldn't be long." 10 minutes later the receptionist was kind enough to ask if I wanted something to drink while I waited, a wait which she then said would be "less than 5 or 10 minutes more." When I had been waiting for 30 minutes I had decided I would only wait for my fiancee's cut and style to be completed and I would leave.

At 5:00PM we finally left the salon, fully an hour past the time of my scheduled appointment. While the receptionist was kind enough to ask me if there was anything she could do the only reason I was at the salon, and had made a scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance was for a haircut and highlights, not a social visit. At NO TIME, while I was waiting was my stylist courteous or professional enough to walk over and either apologize OR offer an explanation for the wait. 10-15 minutes I can understand, but my fiancee's services took an hour and I was still waiting. I don't care that Matthew Michael's is one of America's Top 200 salons...according to whom? What I care about is receiving the service for which I have made an appointment for. How ironic that they call to remind you of an appointment, and charge a fee if you are a no-show, yet when you're waiting AN HOUR past the time of your scheduled appointment your stylist does not have the decency to face-up to the error. Matthew Michael's lost two well-tipping customers today, and following a similar posting on Facebook, Twitter, and word of mouth, I only hope they lose more. What I experienced today was simply inexcusable
