Jan's Florist

I recently used Jan's Florist for my daughter's wedding. After receiving a price quote, I said I was comfortable with everything except the bridesmaids' bouquets, as I felt they were priced a little high. The Manager offered to reduce the price of the bouquets, and I placed my order. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the box of corsages on the day of the wedding and found that the three 'mother corsages' and three 'grandmother corsages' were not the ones I ordered and paid for. I called the Manager about the error and was told this was done to cover the price reduction in the bouquets. She could give me no explanation when I asked why I was never told the corsages were being downsized. It was quite embarrassing to give three special grandmothers a very plain looking single rose corsage. I would not recommend using this florist.
