Angelo was my therapist, and I recommend him highly. After an hour of intense massage (again, I wanted therapeutic massage, as opposed to relaxation), my hips did not hurt. I wanted to cry from relief.
I had an amazing facial today from Ashlee. She took the time to really explain to me ways to fix the problem areas I had and she also did not push her product on me. She gave me ingredients to look for in other products which is great and gives me more control to pick what I want, loved that. I did sign up for the membership and hope that all of my experiences will be this good. :)
She is excellent at working on specific areas. A true professional, very courteous.

Christina did an excellent job today at relieving my pain and asking what areas. I needed worked on. She and my other therapist Vera who is excellent at pressure point therapy and working on my TMJ are who keep me coming back to Massage Heights even tho

I have been getting massages for many years and absolutely loved my massages from here. I have only been here a few times, but I always leave feeling fantastic and refreshed.
I think we have been with you over a year and only one there was a scheduling issue - that you corrected immediately - like your staff very much!
This place is clean, comfortable and well staffed. Two of my first visits were with different therapists. Both of which were very thorough and professional. I feel they listened to what I needed and helped me fully relax.

I have always received great service from the appointment desk. Also the massages that I have gotten are wonderful. I usually get the deep tissue massage which is just great. I really like this facility and the staff is very friendly too.
I have been in a few times now and just love my time at Massage Heights. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff is very friendly. The last time I was in, I got the hot rock massage which was truly amazing! I cannot wait to go back for another one!

I love this place. I been here half a dozen times and just love it. It is clean and I leave in a daze every time! I always have an awesome massage. I had so much stress in my shoulders when I walked in the last time and after the visit I was very relaxed and pain free.
I have been to a few massage places and NONE have compared to Massage Heights in Roseville, CA. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about what they have to offer and they help you pick the right massage therapist.
I will be going back...So you should go and check this place out they have great offers and they do not pressure you into purchasing a massage package.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! RUDE EMPLOYEES, RUDE OWNER, TERRIBLE MASSAGE!!!! They asked me all sorts of personal questions right in the middle of the lobby with other people all around....i felt very uncomfortable and when i asked if we could talk somewhere else, they said no. The girl who did my massage made me hurt worse than when i went in. And on top of it all, THEY KEPT ASKING IF I WAS GOING TO LEAVE A TIP OR NOT!!!! Who does that??? They asked me at least 5 times and kept pressuring me so I gave them some money just so i could get the hell out of there. This was supposed to be a relaxing gift from my husband and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had, ANYWHERE!!!! And when my husband tried to ge our money back, THE OWNER called him and I both liars, said none of this ever happened, and they weren't going to give us our money back. I will never be going back to this crappy spa for any treatment.....don't waste your time or money unless you like being treated like crap and told you're a liar.

I had been looking for a place to get a massage that they actually know what they are doing.The front staff were knowledgeable about massage and my therapist took the time to make sure my massage was what I needed and wanted.They also had products to help me feel better at home to help me keep feeling good until I could come back. I ended up buying the same sheets that they had on there tables, I had never felt anything so soft. This place is truly a great find.

I joined Massage Heights membership 5 months ago. They really take the time to make sure I get the massage that I need..Even after all this time they call me to remind me when I haven't been in for a while and find out how I am doing.There front staff is very friendly and every massage therapist I have had has been great. They have products to take home that helps me feel better at home and my therapist last time even showed me some stretches that I can do at home to help. The retreat is top of the line. No wonder everyone I talk to says how GREAT THEY ARE!!!

This spa really takes the time to make sure you get the right massage, with the right therapist. The front staff is very friendly and they are very professional. The massage therapist that I had was awesome and made sure that I felt better, I had gone in there with my back and neck hurting bad. When I left I was able to move better and no longer had a headache. The spa was gorgeous.. No wonder they won the Best Massage in 2009 and 2010!!! They are the Best!!

It's in a strip mall, you get what you pay for just be really careful if you decide to sign a contract. Read the fine print and ask questions or you may become frustrated.

I set up an appointment and was in about 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Got into the massage on time and it was a beautiful room! The massage therapist that i had was wonderful she did a wonderful job! Go to Amanda H if you go here, you wont be disappointed!
