Basics Carpet & Furniture

Basics Carpet & Furniture is just that - very basic, decent furniture at very affordable prices. I was asked by a client to help her teenage son decorate his college apartment and took them to Basics. They were able to get some decent, sturdy pieces that fit the needs of this client. Very happy with what we bought. Their salespeople need a refresher course on what customer service means as the salesperson at this store was less than helpful. We actually didn't need him, but when I went to ask a question, he was on the phone with what sounded to be a personal conversation.
