Best brunch special ever! The chef made up a bunch of dishes for the Patriots Super Bowl Weekend. Mine was called "Deflated Balls Benedict" which was comprised of Prime Rib on 2 English Muffins topped with 2 deflated pouched eggs and home

I am not employed by the Twisted

.

My Review, if we can review places why can we not review other reviews, of Milagros R reviews :

My review is in response to reviews on Yelp, City Search, Insider and Yellow Pages by this person.

I am not employed by the Twisted Fork nor do I have plans to be employed by them. I have been working for EMC, for a very long time, in my chosen field which I have degrees from WPI and Northeastern. I have no ambitions to change my career to mixing drinks or chopping carrots other than at my own home.

I tend to champion situations that merit my support. In this case the straight out abuse you have been giving the Twisted Fork through your smear campaign using review sites.

You have not only put up hearsay, fictional and false information but you also state you opinion based from these facts which you think are true. You are correct in stating read all the reviews but one should never put up a review based from others information which you did on YELP.

Unethical behavior You write reviews about this place all over the net under different alias - MRivaderci 07/01/2013 yellow pages, Milagros R. 07/02/2013 insider pages, Millie R Yelp and City Search and I am sure many more. You give false information, facts that cannot be verified and hearsay and you talk about ethics in all of your reviews. The funny thing is you have given out all these bad reviews and you cannot handle a bad review about yourself.

My husband and I have been regulars for a long time thus knowing the menu, the owners AND the philosophy of the restaurant so does this make either my husband or unethical?

Like I will keep saying, someone who complains about helping children and animals during Christmas has no merit in giving any feedback.

This place is an excellent example of what every restaurant should never do if they hope to keep customers coming back.

Good food can be had here but the attitudes from the staff from the servers to the owner are shameful.

Good food served here, but watch out for over pricing. One great example is the 18% gratuity added to checks recently for Easter Buffet service. Really? Buffet service, automatic gratuity? 18%? Not only well beyond reasonable and customary

This was one of the BEST meals my wife and I have ever had. We decide to go to the Fork for Valentines night on the advice from many our friends. First we pulled up to this strip mall and did not think we had arrived but we had. We did not know what to expect when we walked in, but what we saw was a great little Bistro with art on the walls, a small unassuming bar and just clean, clean clean.
We looked and saw the Chef in his white jacket cooking away. Talking to the patrons and wishing us a happy Valentines Day through the kitchen window. We did not have reservations, shame on us, and they were full. The Chefs wife Nancy handled the whole thing and set up a table for 2 in the corner and it was perfect.

Our server Danielle came over and introduced herself and took out drink order immediately. They have a decent wine list with some really good wines and a full bar. I also noticed a great beer selection of tap beers, all local micro brews. She left us with the specials for the day and we could not believe our eyes. Foie Gras, Chateaubriand, Rack of Lamb (local), Diver Scallops on top of a wheat berry risotto and much more. Finally, a French and Italian restaurant in the Worcester County area. Danielle came back with our drinks and then proceeded to explain, may I add, with a perfect description each of the items on the menu. My wife ordered the escargot, and I ordered the Foie Gras crme brulee to start
The escargot was set on top of a braised crimini mushroom cap and topped with garlic/brandy/parsley butter. This was just delightful but the Foie Gras brulee was simply amazing. The custard was full of Hudson Valley Foie Gras and it was served with herb crusted crostini. It melted in your mouth; I cannot truly describe how good this was.

Next we had the arugula/sauted fennel salad. It was tossed with Turkish apricots, Marconi almonds from Spain, Westfield Farms goat cheese and a fresh Champagne vinegar from France (yes the Chef should us the bottle) poppy seed and lemon vinaigrette with a touch of citrus honey. Once again unbelievable.

Then our Entre reading as a baked stuff lobster for two was a 3 pound lobster (that looked like 4) stuffed with another 1.5 pound lobster. The dish also had 4 giant shrimp and a bunch of steamers on the same plate with drawn butter. I can not describe the stuffing, it was something I have never had before, not bread, not crackers almost like a moist stuffing of a turkey but lobster. It was hands down the best stuffed lobster we have ever eaten.
We could not eat another bite.

Then Danielle proceeded to tell us about the homemade desserts, by the Chefs wife Nancy and his mother. We went home with a piece of Red Velvet cake which we eat a couple hours later, that was simply delectable. The cream cheese frosting was once again the best my wife or I has ever had.

This is a 5 star Bistro Food, Service, Atmosphere . All great. Thank you Twisted Fork in making this the best Valentines ever.

Some months ago I had breakfast at Uncle Jays Twisted Fork in Cherry Valley, MA. I found the service and food to be acceptable, not notable. Having read the article in the Worcester Telegram dated 3/8/2012 about this restaurant recently

Last week, I went out on an early season bike ride and found Uncle Jay's on Dead Horse Hill. It was just the right spot to stop to take the chill off. I barely had one foot in the door before I received a warm greeting from the waitress behind the counter. I felt like a long-time customer. I sat at the counter and started with a GREAT cup of coffee (trust me, I hate bad coffee). I then ordered a cup of chicken rice soup, which came in a good sized crock and was chock full of chicken. Very tasty. While I was there, the woman sitting next to me ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It came out quickly and looked amazing. She thoroughly enjoyed it. We struck up a conversation and she noted she was a regular. I guess the restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch every day and dinner on the weekends. She told me she had the Guiness Battered Fish and Chips the night before and it was amazing. Now that I have found this place, I think my bike rides will include a stop her more often and I will bring my wife for dinner the next time we are in town for the weekend. Uncle Jay's is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip.

Finally went to the Twisted Fork on Stafford Street in Cherry Valley. Must admit that I did not know Cherry Valley was part of Stafford. WOW what a breakfast they put out. I had the Strawberry Stuffed French Toast and it was amazing. Three, not two, but three French Toast stuffed with cream cheese, strawberry's and strawberry sauce. My husband got the Uncle Jays Big Bite and once again amazing. 3 eggs, had to be 1/2 pound of ham, 3 huge sausages and bacon. He choose the pancake but he could have had a waffle or french toast. It also came with homefries and toast. It was funny they offered us grilled homefries of deep fried. Great option.

We loved the breakfast so much we came back for dinner on Friday night. They have a 3 for 25 dinner special that I got. I started with an artichoke bisque which was incredible. I also gor the queen cut prime rib (that looked like a king size) and it was the best prime rib I have ever eaten. For dessert I got the carrot cake which was so big I could not finish it. You could tell it was homemade just from the cream cheese frosting. My husband got a cup of clam chowder which was creamy and loaded with clams. For his dinner he got the aged USDA PRIME 14 oz Rib Eye steak. PRIME where can you get prime anywhere. Is was only 21 dollars. It meled in your mouth.

They service was great. We had a woman named Natalie for breakfast and she was very nice and helpful with the menu and always made sure we where taken care of.

Dinner we had a young man named Jack and he was as nice and attentive as Natalie

This is an amazing restaurant and should not be kept a secret anymore.

While the breakfasts here can be amazing, they can also be disappointing as well. It really seems to depend on who's cooking. The menu has some good concepts however and if you get the right cook you will have a great experience
