I purchased a used vehicle from auto HQ last fall. The initial process of purchasing was smooth and it seemed like a good price for the car. As a promotion, it even came with a free warranty. The day after I purchased the car, the transmission went out. I had it taken back to them, to be looked at by their mechanic, who claimed the problem could have only been caused by my street-racing style driving. When I insisted that was not the case they got heated quickly, both salesman and manager hovering around me explaining to me how it was not their fault but mine, and how the warranty did not apply in this situation (because I was a "street racer"). I had no choice but to pay for the new transmission, I was stuck with the car. It took longer than three weeks for it to get repaired, because the mechanic that works for them works from like 5-7 pm on select days a week, or something like that. Through the next few months I had to replace the clutch, master cylinder, brake rotors(they were the wrong ones!), fan belt, battery, door locks....etc. The warranty was useless...my description of what it covers would be anything in the car that can not break due to driving. To sum it up, I was sold a lemon. That happens, for sure, but the unprofessionalism and disrespect I experienced, as well as poor repair service brings me to write this review, in hopes of sparing some future buyer the trouble I experienced
