Upper Cuts Barbershop

This is my 5th or 6th time at this shop. The guy that used to own it, joe was cool. But these guys are off the hook. They only charge $7.00 for my hair cut! I don't want to say it to loud though. I don't want them to change thier prices. I always come out looking great. My first time they cut it too short. It was my fault though. I asked for a two. I usually get a three. Besides that it was cool

Really like these guys. They do old school shaves too. I went in for a haircut thinking 12 to 15 dollars for a haircut. They gave me a haircut for $7.00 plus the owner gave me a free drink.

One guy that i use all the time. Angel. He is a pro. I can't just go to any barber as my hair is thicker than most. This guy finds out what you want and does it to profection. I wouldn't trust my haircut to anyone else but these people. They have some real old Barberchairs in there too. That gives it an old style look and feel.

My "friend" went to this barbershop on waterman ave in San Bernardino. They were so friendly. The price was the best we've found at $7.00 I recomend them to any one looking for a great barbershop. experiance. My friend looks "hot" after this haircut. Only drawback was they don't have snack machines or soda machines. The owner was there and said they would have one by December of 2009. He was nice too. He gave me a free coke from thier refrigerator. AAA
