This bar used to be a great neighborhood bar but since the revamp they seem more interested in opening gift shops and expansions than the patrons. The new name is ridiculous, they got rid of karaoke without notice, spent money on billboards, and the charm has been rapidly fading as they seek to become the next Hon Cafe or other faux-kitchy Baltimore bar. Liked it better as Dizzy Issie's which it will always be in my mind.

The Dizz is one of the most chill and inviting bars in the city. You can go there feel welcomed and at the same time not have to shout over people to have a conversation. The bartenders are all really awesome as well... It is always easy to get a refill. The food is way better than average bar food. The soft shell sandwich is amazing (when they have it). Also... Friday-Sunday the have breakfast. Greatest breakfast sandwiches around.
