this letter is for mr flowers and ms lillan.my name is betty klose the first time i wnent to your clinic i was from out of town and needed a refill on my clonazepam i seen mr flowers i showed him a letter my doctor wrote him but there office was closed in taos n.m he didn't believe me asked me if i had an old bottle so luckily i went home and found one i had already been with out for about three days was not doing good at all he was very rude and untrust worthy but even though i found an old bottle had to make another appointment for my medication and my back which he gave me a cortizone shot for.i've had x-rays and have severe arthritis and scoleosis but dr flowers only concern is everyone is on drugs and thats all they want!!!so every month i have to go pay 50.00 dollars for a refill on my clonazepam which i'm lucky if i make 260.00 on my check bi-weeklyi need to tell you what happen to my husband which we lost her on mothers day my husband neede to go see the doctor because he was haulcinating and at the time i did'nt know it he was having a nervous break down unfournately mr flowers was on call that day and i wasn't happy because he is vry unkind and very cold and uncaring i told him my husband was haulicinating and he just waved his hand at me and didn't listen to me once again!he wrote him a prescription acted like he couldn't be bothered once again!by the way the prescription was for high blood preassure pills and xanax .little did i realize that my husbands life and mine was at risk because he didn't listen.later the next day he was haulucinating so bad i had to call the police in fear of him hurting me and himself!!!!how dare you call yourself a doctor and act like we we're only after drugs you suspect everyone on drugs i'm not sure but i don't think your from AMERICAn i think you should be tested for drugs your so supicious of everyone or maybe you don't like americans?i called i believe her name was roxann and told her what had happen i received a phone call from mr flowers telling that from now on i could only see a pain management doctor for my back which cost 600.00 and as much as i'd like to i down right can not afford one he gave no apology was not sympathatic to what had happen to my husband or me was only lashing out at me for him not listening to me.i went back to see ms lillian and she also informed me that mr flowers said i was no longer allowed to have anything to help me with the pain in my back and also accused my husband of being on drugs how dare you i can't so much as get him to take a aspirin for his back or knees how dare the both of you to treat us like we're some sorta druggie never had a problem with miss lillian until mr floers had to cover up how cold and uncaring he truly is!!how dare the both of you to treat us like this and act like you we're right how dare you lillian accuse my husband of being on drugs when we lost our mother the most beautiful person in this world shame on you both!!!!i found a new doctor told him the whole story and he listen i was scared but he listen him and his nurse really did care you gave me a bad experience but they let me know theyed cared and gave me a hug they didn't treat me awful like you guys did. so now that this is off my chest i guess i'll do the next step that i need to do to help other people.your a very mean person mr flowers mean miserable and i know this letter wont bother you one bit because your what i call a gray enity and you lillian i did like you but if your mother knew that you didn't stand up for some one that needed help bet she would be disappointed,grow a spine i don't have to tell you anything about mr flowers you already know in your heart how he is MEAN!i just can't seem to tell you how cold you are by the way my husband was put in the hospital thank god tey cared and help him through this awful time that we're still adujusting to and by the grace of god we'll get through it together thank once again for not caring about us but i'm sure you don't care about anyone you horrible enity thank god there good people in the world and we out way people like you and you lillian i would really consider the person you are you've made it this far you don't ned a man like that we make our choices everyday better evaluate what yur doing so you won't have to be ashamed of your self you guys are lucky my husband didn't kill himself!! like i keeep sayinf SHAME SHAME
