I am stationed in California and I ordered the teleflora's polka dots and posies(daisies and roses in a pink vase) from their website for my aunts birthday that just happened to fall on mothers day weekend. I got a phone call that Thursday (delivered Friday) saying that they couldn't make specific orders at that time I said that was fine as long as it looked nice and she assured me it would. They ended up sending her what they call a mothers ring... a circle of daisies, carnations, and baby's breath. First of all she is not my mother and second it was for her birthday! I tried calling that Friday that they were delivered but no one answered so I left a message, I also e-mailed them. They were then closed from saturday to monday i expected them to call or email me back but they never did so i called again on Tuesday I spoke to the owener she said that she was busy at that time but she took my number and said she would call back... never happened. My mom who lives in Illinois went out to Indiana on Wednesday so I asked her to call and see what she could do she talked to a lady that said she would get ahold of the owner and call me back. She did leave a message on my phone 5pm my time which is 7pm there also the time they close but she said in the message that she didn't get ahold of her but when she did she would call me back. Never called the next day. So today (Friday! 1 week after the flowers were sent!!!!) I called once again finally able to speak to the owner who told me that she thought about it and at this time she decided that since she had called and said that what I ordered wouldn't be able to be sent and that it seems that no matter what I wouldn't have been happy WOW never once did I ask for my money back nor was I rude and your going to say that to me so much for your motto lady (friendly staff who will go the extra mile to help any customer & we bend over backwards for our customers) I expected the subsitute flowers to be kinda of what i ordered not cheap looking! it cost me $61 for flowers that looked like crap and the CARNATIONS started dying the next day! Carnations like never die! On a brighter note my boyfriend sent his mother and grandmother flowers for mothersday to CT from 1800flowers and both of them were crazy in love with them and they were cheaper then what I paid. I like keeping money in the community and like using small business for items such as these but it was not worth it at all! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau
