I have had VERY negative experience while trying to enroll my son at this school. You see my son is a type one diabetic and my husband and I spoke with the owner regarding this and she said it shouldn't be a problem, but turns out it was. During our talk Kim mentioned that she was trying to get approved for respite care which means taking care of a child with special needs. So I figured with her trying to get approved for that then surly a diabetic child wouldn't be a problem sense respite care is what we qualify for. Turns out I was wrong shortly after our visit Kim called and told me that due to staffing she could not take my son on as a student. I asked her if she has ever heard of the A.D.A and she responded no which as a business owner not being aware of the law is just crazy! So I informed her of the act and asked her to reconsider and so she said she will call me back. Again she called back and said due to staffing she couldn't take him on as a student. In short this is a very bold violation of the americans with disabilities act and if Kim and her advisors would have done some research they would have know this. In ending I would never recommend this school no matter how great or wonderful it seems because when it comes down to it they are not willing to teach or care for someone with special needs like my son. If able i would rate this school with no stars but it simply was not an option. I also certainly hope that they do not get approved for respite care because they are not equipped or have enough staff to care for special children. In my experience won't make any attempt or trial run to see if my child or your childs needs could be met they just simply turn you away.
