3 Stars: Would recommend! (by Mike G.)

I went to a The Retirement Group workshop for ExxonMobil employees last week. TBrent Wolf and Richard Gigliotti. know the XOM Pension, 401(k), IRA, and pension plans like no other company I have talked. My advice to anyone is to attend the workshops and take advantage of the free Retire Kit. The Retirement Group provided food for us but it was bland and the room was stuffy and small. The presentation was pretty informative though and the speaker was engaging. I would recommend

4 Stars: Pleasantly surprised! (by Vanessa S.)

A coworker took me along to a seminar a few days ago and I was glad I went. It got me thinking about my retirement and what I was able to do in my pre-retirement stages. I'm happy my coworker took me along with her and the info they gave is something I sincerely recommend.

4 Stars: Great Seminar, Would Recommend (by Brian W.)

The seminar I attended a couple weeks back from The Retirement Group kept me well informed as I was always worried about having enough finances to live comfortably well into retirement. Food was great, information was better...no complaints!

5 Stars: The Retirement Group (by david m.)

The Retirement Group came to my rescue right at the minute I was confused about my finances after retirement. I attended their seminar and the speaker was awesome. He had an insight of Netbenefits, AT&T Pension Plan and AT&T 401K plan. He helped me figure out the perfect time to retire to maximize on the profits. The seminar is recommended for all, but don??t try the food.

5 Stars: The Retirement Group (by johnnie v.)

I??m working with Chevron and was confused which investment planning company to choose. Then my friends suggested me to attend the seminar by The Retirement Group. The experts here have insight knowledge of pension planning and tax and estate planning. They helped me know the right age to retire from the company so that I can reap the maximum benefits. Also, how the change in 401K plan is going to affect the income generated after retirement. With this insight I feel I??m at a better position now.

4 Stars: Pfizer Retirement Workshop (by Susan G.)

I really enjoyed going to a workshop by The Retirement Group. I work for Pfizer and have been trying to plan for my retirement but didn't know where to begin. A coworker introduced me to The Retirement Group and said they have workshops and seminars that are very informative. They know in detail every part of Pfizer pensions and savings plans and gave great pointers on how to prepare for retirement. The speaker was a little monotone and the food was garbage but overall it was a good presentation.

5 Stars: The Retirement Group (by David M.)

I went to my fourth Merck workshop for The Retirement Group. I wanted to see a series before I would write a review. I went alone because my other coworkers who referred me had already seen the presentation SIX times. I thought the speaker presented well, he had a lot of knowledge. I got lost getting there because the room was in a confusing place. Unfortunately the guy sitting next to me was overweight and sweating like crazy and really had body odor. The room was a little warm but it wasn't that bad. I would really recommend these seminars though, lots of information.

4 Stars: retirement planning (by john m.)

A few months ago I found out that my job might be moving to Chicago so I began calling some advisors my coworkers referred me to so that I could set up an appointment to go over my retirement account, benefits, etc. I never got a response. Finally 3 weeks later I get a generic mass email from a random LPL Advisor saying that he will no longer be with the company and someone will be contacting me soon. This was not the service that I wanted and since I have gone to many of The Retirement Group seminars in the past I decided to give them a call. I got to talk to a Retirement Specialist right away and they immediately set up an appointment for me to meet with Frank Esposito who was an advisor in my area. The specialist was very helpful and guided me through Fidelity??s Netbenefits site so we could determine my benefits eligibility. Frank was extremely knowledgeable with Verizon??s Pension and 401k Plans and gave very good retirement advice. Frank was very easy to talk to and he eased my worries on retirement. I would absolutely recommend Frank and The Retirement Group to any of my friends and co-workers. They are experts on retirement planning and have given nothing but great service.

5 Stars: The Retirement Group (by clarence r.)

This time it was my turn to get laid off or move. I found out that my job might be being moved to St Louis I began calling and emailing my friends advisor to set up an appointment to go over 401K, additional benefits, etc. No response. Finally 3 weeks later I get a generic mass email from this Merrill Lynch broker saying he's leaving the company and someone will contact us soon. Since I had been going to The Retirement Group Seminars in San Ramon for years I decided to give them a call. I was immediately able to talk to a Retirement Specialist and they set up an appointment for me to meet with Patrick Ray. They walked me through theATT netbenefits.fidelity.com site and helped me determine what netbenefits I would be eligible for if I was forced into an early retirement. I met with Jeremy and he was very knowledgeable about the AT&T Pension Plan and the AT&T 401K plan. He was able to help me determine when the best time to retire would be and how I could get the most out of my netbenefits. He explained it in a way that even I could really understand this kind of stuff. Patrick and Jeremy and The Retirement Group rates a 11 out of 10, in my book. I refer all my friends and co-workers to him without reservation. I trust Patrick and Jeremy completely and he definitely has my vote of confidence.
