Mr Baker's commitment/work on my legal case was outstanding. Mr Bakeris a highly knowledgeable, extremely professional, and a very courteous attorney with an excellent reputation... However, he is most importantly an honest, sincere, kind, understanding, and a very compassionate person, who fully dedicates himself to the case of a client he represents! I cannot thank Luke and his staff enough for the outstanding job they did. You and your staff made the best of a very difficult time in my life. From my first meeting with Mr. Baker, I got the feeling that he was interested, focused and committed to my case. Once I started with his firm, I no longer felt scared and confused about my rights. Anytime I had an issue, concern or question with my case, Mr. Baker or his awesome staff, were available to answer my question or address my concerns. Over the many months it took to get my case settled, we faced many challenges. I say we faced, because I felt like the entire staff was there with me every step of the way. Throughout my case, Mr. Baker was always meticulously prepared. He handled my negotiations and the documentation preparation in a manner consistent with the highest business standards. In the end, I was very happy with the outcome of my case. Mr Baker and his staff took a weight off my shoulders and handled everything from start to finish. I will be forever grateful. I was very impressed by the way Laura Baker handled my case. I have had several attorneys and have never found one i truly trusted til I met Laura. She stood up for me like she was my best friend. She went far above and beyond my expectations. She encouraged me to turn my life around and let me know how proud she was when it started happening. The whole Baker Law Firm, P.A. were always friendly and hospitable. I felt cared about even though I had no money. It's nice to know that they are attorneys that do not just see people with legal troubles as dollar signs. I consider Laura Baker as my newest family member and one of my best friends. I will recommend The Baker Law Firm, P.A. to everybody I know.

Amber is very good a what she does. I have been very pleased with the way that she set up my LLC and the way she has time to answers any questions that I may have. Very good attorney, she knows what she is doing.

BEWARE . I was not represented properly and when I expressed my concern they resigned as my counsel, and kept my money. Verbal agreements were not kept and they even filed the motion and sent my notification to a known bad address so I miss the court date. They are more concerned with their Reputation and relationships and polished appearance that the outcome of a case! They were quick to duck and cover and run and were very hostile, I was shocked!

I had the pleasure of meeting both Luke and Laura Baker about three years ago. It never entered my mind I would need Legal Counsel of any kind when I made their acquaintance. I just knew they were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. When a critical error in judgment placed me in need of counsel for a DWI, I was devastated but knew exactly where to go. Laura and her staff made me as comfortable in my situation as I could be. Laura knew exactly what, when, how and where to lead me through the process to offer my best defense and get the best results. She is extremely reassuring in the Courtroom. Through the process of dealing with Courthouse Staff and other local agencies, I heard repeatedly I was lucky to have Laura at my defense. She is very good was quoted to me by several professionals. I have no doubt about that statement. I would refer anyone in need of Legal advice to this firm, every time. You want Laura in Court with you if you have to go.

I have known Lucas Baker for a few years now. He had been a lawyer of mine a few years back before he owned his own law firm, and was a very passionate person about his cases. Just the past year I needed a Lawyer that was going to help me with my custody case, and I was eager to call him for his help. I was glad to see that he had opened the Baker Law Firm and was assisting with family law. I am proud to say that they are a law firm that you can count to make your expectations happen. He not only cares about your case, but he wants to make sure that you as a person are always doing o.k. too. The staff was also very helpful when it came to any questions or concerns that I may have had. They made sure that they dealt with it in a timely manner. I feel like Lucas is a part of my family. He is not only a professional person, but I am also happy to call him a friend!

5 starts are not enough, everyone at The Baker Law Firm are every careing people. They took the time to really listen to me and really took the time to work with me. I was fighting to keep my little girl a part of my life, and they made that happen. on the days before court i got phone calls and text messages to make sure i was ok. My matter is not over with yet but with these guys behind me im not worried. I really feel great haveing this firm in behind me. And knowing how they work I would not want to face this firm. i wish everyone the best and I sorry you even have to be looking for a lawyer, but if you are the Baker Law Firm is the one you need to go with you will be very happy you did.

The Baker Law firm was extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted in my divorce. My lawyer Amber and her assisitant Jenna were very profesional and helpful in making me feel comfortable with everything that I needed to do. I would recommend this firm to anyone seeking a divorce.

I walked into The Baker Law Firm about a year with great hesitation due to a bad experience with an attorney I hired before. My hesitation changed quickly...Sheila and Cindy were so warm and inviting from the first time I walked in and continue to be every time. I've had the pleasure of dealing with all the attorneys from the practice...everyone is very professional, but also very friendly.

This law firm is simply amazing. Ms.Baker was an outstanding example of what an attorney should be. Her youthful exuberance was a breath of fresh air and a shining reminder of how those who represent the public should conduct themselves. Anytime I was concerned or had questions, her team of dedicated administrative assistants where there, full of knowledge and eager to help. The entire team was bright eyed and comforting at times when if was needed the most. Ms.Baker never made a promise, which is a quality to admire in any attorney. No outcome is certain in today's legal world, but her confidence and willingness to put forth her all gave me a peace of mind that I could have never found in a world that's hard to get a call back from most law offices. Needless to say the outcome of my most unfortunate situation was a positive one. When most would have tossed me under the bus and stolen my wallet, she showed compassion and belief in what I had to say. The promptness, devotion, empathy and straight foward style the team expressed was worth the world. My situation was a grim one, my life could have been destroyed and stripped from me, Ms.Baker stood beside me and gave me peace of mind and a new shot at life, and for that I am, and will forever be thankful.

The Baker Law Firm by far sets the standards for attorneys everywhere. I am very thankful indeed that the initial seven attorneys offices I contacted neglected to return my calls, I found the right representation for my family and I, and that person was Laura Baker.
My call was returned within hours, Laura is supportive, informative and instills confidence that you are in capable hands. Attending court is a harrowing experience, but not when you have a friend by your side who is aggressive when necessary, thorough and professional.
Laura and Lucas are wonderful, considerate and compassionate people, they will respond to your communications promptly and address any fears or anxieties you may have. The Baker Law Firm is incredibly unique by nature, every member of staff you come into contact with is friendly, courteous, and exceptionally well informed of developments and information. Your questions on courtrooms, dates and the daily happenings with the attorneys can be answered by anyone whom answers the phone.
I would definitely recommend The Baker Law Firm to anyone who values sincere customer care, but also to anyone who has a negative experience with attorneys in general. You will be wonderfully surprised!

My experience with the Baker Law Firm was stellar!! From the first phone call to make an appointment straight thru to court Luke and his AMAZING staff gave me confidence, support and loyality that you rarely see in business anymore. Lucas and Laura impressed me from day one! They truly care about their clients! Luke met with me on the day after Thanksgiving to work on my case not for a quick 20 minute consultation but for a 5 hour work thru every detail of my case meeting! You will never met a more caring staff then the staff at the Baker Law Firm! I am so glad I received the referral to meet with the Bakers! BEST LAWYERS IN CONCORD!!! My boys and I will sleep soundly from now on thanks to the dedication of the Baker Law Firm!!

My experience with the Baker Law Firm changed my opinion of lawyers and the judicial system as well as my families, and our life. As a father fighting for custody of his 2 daughters I would have never expected the outcome that Luke and his staff were able to give us. The entire firm is curtious, polite, and understanding of any sitiuation. Luke is organized, aggressive and will work extremly hard for his client. He even met with me on a sunday. He is a class act and his law firm follows in his stature. If you are in need of a lawyer you're making a big mistake if you don't at the least sit down and have a consultation with the Baker Law Firm. They will win your trust your loyalty and represent you as if they were a part of your family. Don't hesitate to call on the Baker Law Firm. they won't hesitate when representing you.

The Baker Law Firm is excellent. Mr. Baker and his staff are very professional. I have had experience with The Baker Law Firm in Concord, NC. I found Mr. Baker and his staff to be courteous, kind, and understanding. Mr. Baker never fells to return my calls or just be there when I seem to need a friend. One of the best things about him is that he will listen to what you have to say. When you have to be in court his mind is on you and your case, not what he will be doing later. He always makes time for you. What is important to him and the staff is YOU! I have never felt put off or made to feel that what I have to say is a bother to them. If you are looking for an old fashion practice with the fell of home you have found it.
