What I like about this diet it focusus on FAT LOSS . When you go in they weigh you on a regular scale and then on a scale that shows your total weight which includes muscle, water, and FAT. Then it breakes it down . example : total weight 200 pounds, 50% fat,
100 pounds of fat,, 30 pounds of fat free mass, 70 pounds of water. So when you go and weigh in, you can see what you are losing. When you follow the Diet like they tell you , you should only FAT not muscle. They explain everything with you. I lost 16 pounds and of that 14.6 something was pure fat. I started with 83 pounds of fat, I now have 68.4 pounds of fat and I will keep going until I reach my goal. I have been on the diet for about 1 and a half month. I could not believe how fast I was losing FAT...FAT.... not muscle or water but pure FAT....I am So Happy.....I know what I am losing...This is the best diet with the best scale...you can see the results...if you cheat...it will show on the scale... I did once and I got caught. opps...but I have not since then. It is so motivating....Irecommend to the person who is tired of trying all kinds of other diets...this one works...it really works, but you need to follow it , the best thing is when you weigh in on that special scale, you know exactly what you lost , if you are retaining water ( like when on your period, or not drinking
