Golden East Restaurant

I read great reviews of this place so I was excited. Our waitress was really rude and did not really try to fulfill our requests she kept saying 'we can't do that' if we asked for anything changed. My chicken was on a bed of lettuce as a garnish and when I tasted it, it was a little strange tasting when I got to the bed of lettuce I noticed that the lettuce was rotten. I'll never go back to this place.

I guess I should say something nice about it. The tables were clean and the hot and sour soup was pretty good.

I have tried a lot of different Chinese resturaunt, and this is still the best i've ever had. I've tried resturaunts in Seattle, Everett, and other places in Washington. People have said oh, try this place it is the best. Still can not compare to the Golden East. I even took my husband there for our 1st anniversary. He fell in love immediatly. Now that we live back in the area, anytime I crave the best chinese food, all I have to do is make a phone call and drive down the street to pick it up. By the way the prices are great also.
