I have known the bartenders there for many, many years and they are pros. Of course there are the ever present machines in the bar(I was in there one shift recently and the machines just wouldn't stop pouring it out), but they also have 5 or 6 four person booths away for the bar if you want to have a burger or sandwich. The kitchen is open from 11am to 10pm and they cook some of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten, and I love to eat. Everything is good but I like the burgers and the Turkey Club sandwiches the most. They cook breakfast dishes as well. The have several tv's including one very large big screen with a few tables set in front if you want to eat and drink away from the bar while watching the game.
They always have the TV's on some type of sports, if available, with the sound down as they have a CD Jukebox that plays music for the listening pleasure of everyone. If you go in same with a few friends and want to watch a particular game, just ask the bartender on duty and they will be happy to accomadate you. It's a quiet off the beaten path type place, quiet and lots of atmosphere. ATM and payphone on premises. Try it you'll like it.
