Very hard to email or communicate with Taylor Property Management. In 28 March 2011 I received a letter from Taylor assigning me an account number [27842] and password [pq383za] none of these worked 24 Feb. 2012.
WHOT IS WRONG ??
I just wanted to report that the king size mattress & box springs in the dumpster area between building #12 & #13 was placed their by the tenants in # 1311.

As a former employee, I was appalled at the reports I typed up showing excessively aggressive and often seemingly selective enforcement of association rules by this company. I noticed a much higher violation reporting by the neighborhood "monitors" (mostly housewives/busybodies) against blacks and hispanics. If someone threw a can out of a car onto a person's property while that owner responds he was at work spies cited and charged homeowner immediately; even when owner responds he picked up can off when returning from work. If grass was too long one day before it was normally cut, he was cited. The spies (gleefully board members) trespassed on property, looked over 8-foot private walls to "inspect" owners' back yards. Taylor seemed to looove writing violations but seldom did I record attempts at remediation for some situations owners could not rectify because the violations were committed by outsiders onto their property. Money, money, money. My son (not caucasian), a neat-freak, sold his home because of the invasive practices o f this company and its minions in the neighborhood. They destroyed all the peace in the neighborhood and 3 others left new homes too.

I like to know why are the membership fees are higher then anywhere else. Property maintenance and upkeep sure does not justify the fee's.

This management company is horrible, always citing sec 116..Worst of all, our neighbors on the board are totally in their pocket for some reason., go figure. Our board president just had one of his 2 townhomes here foreclosed on by Fannie Mae. They won't do maintenance, they pretty much operate out of sight. I know this will be tough but if 35%(per 116) of us get together we'll start trying to pick them off, one at a time and then do The Donald on Taylor, you're beyond fired,
you're disgusting. Wish there were no stars for these parasites.

Taylor is a waste, especially Jason Hoorn. Twice they have attempted to send me violation notices for things I see them do while in the neighborhood, and per there own rules are perfectly fine.

When you call them to discuss problems, you get the community managers answering machine. The Secretary seems clueless.

They charge too much, and the only actions you see from them are threats that they cant follow up on.

How would you feel if you paid people to treat you like this?

I have been a Real Estate Broker in Las Vegas for the past 20 or so years, and thought I had seen it all when it came to BAD customer service. Taylor Association Management likes to quote what they have to do by law, and will do the least amount of activity possible while also charging the highest State allowed fee's. If your association is managed by these inept "workers" I feel sorry for you. If you are considering hiring Taylor for your association, I suggest that you do your homework and look elsewhere first !

Pros: They actullay answe thier phone

Cons: Real "I don't care attitude"

.

Taylor Management employees are hard to get a hold of and rude to home owners when you finally talk to them. They respond well to threats of legal action though! They will not lift a finger to help anyone. Our association dues are higher than most in Vegas since hiring them. They can't relay information to the Board of Directors. We never see any improvements and barely any upkeep in our community. Taylor Management is unprofessional and I would recommend that anyone considering them for their community management better run in the opposite direction as fast as possible. I wish our Board of Directors would wise up and fire them! The complaint list could go on and on and on. Negative stars would be an excellent rating for this company.

Pros: NONE

Cons: EVERYTHING

.

Our association dues increased about 13% for the last two years. A $1000 one time special assessment is not even included in that 13%. Not to mention they are not capable of doing improvement to our properties they are not even capable of keeping the properties in the current condition. Employees are unprofessional and give out totally different answers each time I call for the same question. They increase the dues and are accessing without any written explanation or reason to support the increases. NEGATIVE STARS would be my choice.

Pros: None.

Cons: Pretty much everything.

When Taylor first started, instead of making the Homeowners feel at ease they just made our situation
worse. Always referring to Statutes116 like we are all Lawyers. They can't and are not capable of answering
a straight question. They increase the dues and are accessing each home without any written explanation.
Nothing to back up the increases. The Ombudsman has not been helpful. They have yet to explain how the operate and how much they charge. No STARS is more like it.. The Summerlin Assoc. is a dream
compared to this group.
