The Crest is a beautiful theater to see a movie but a terrible place to see live music. It's a theater, with permenant seats mounted to the floor. The area in front of the stage is tiny and doesn't allow room for dancing or rock'n, so everyone ends up sitting down as if they're watching TV or ...a movie. Sacramento, please stop having muisc shows at the Crest unless it's something you don't mind falling asleep to.
