The owner is a scammer, he give a very low price and insists payment upfront for the entire season. Then he claims he miscalculated and stops mowing half way through. He then resorts to insults and just poor language skills to get rid of you. He laughs all the way to the bank. BEWARE, this has been confirmed by many lawn services, they know him and have gotten a lot of unhappy people telling them the same story.
