Service is always great, no pressure at all. Worked with Randy Good he was friendly and helpful. We never felt worked over at all. Purchase took no time at all actually it was our own indecisiveness as to what options we wanted that took

Buyer beware! I bought a used 2006 Ford F350 to tow my travel trailer. Test drive was fine but when I got the truck home and hooked up my trailer, there was a very loud rattle. It turned out the truck had an after market exhaust that wasn't disclosed and was faulty. Rear brakes started smoking within a week. I had repairs done by my trusted mechanic and asked Bowen Scarff to cover the cost for the work that should have been done prior to sale. They declined. I will never buy another vehicle from them and want to warn others to beware - they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell and they do not disclose things that should be disclosed prior to taking your money.

UPDATE - January 12, 2012 After months of going back and forth with the Better Business Bureau, we finally settled. They gave me $500 credit at their service/parts department which I feel is fair.

Sales people are rude and pushy. I wanted a used car. They kept trying to sell me a new truck. I didn't want a truck. The salesman walked away and I never did get to see anyone else about buying a car. RUDE,DON'T GO THERE.... Can't say how bad it was. I never felt so bad leaving a dealer because I cant afford a new car or truck.

while my parents were looking for a car. we visited this dealership and everyone there was so friendly, very persistent of course but that is their job. they have good sells people. they do help you find what your looking for. and try to accommodate to your desires. Give them a try, it doesn't hurt.

I recently had to purchase a new tire for my Focus. I called around to several different tire companies in the area and I was quoted prices that were expectable. I had always heard that dealerships were totally overpriced, but I called them on a whim. When I talked to the sales associate he quoted me an enormous amount less than everyone else. I was totally impressed. The manager personally drove over to their wherehouse to pick up my tire so that they could put it on for me by the time I was off work that day!! I was totally impressed with their service and to top it off they even washed my car. I would recommend everyone looking for parts to call these guys and you might be surprised also.

This is a locally owned and operated dealership. I appreciate their 'no dicker sticker' prices. It is nice to know that you are paying a fair price, and that you don't have to wonder what someone else would pay, who happened to be a better bargainer! They have been a great company to deal with.

I liked the fact he was not a pushy super-salesman type; rather, he was patient while I looked at several F-250s and decided upon my choice.
