Stopped in for lunch one day, 1st and last time I might add! A girl was going around picking up plates from the tables and scraping the remaing food into a waste pan on a cart. With the exception of the shrimp, they were carefully picked off the plates and scraped into a container that held all the shrimp that people did not finish! You draw your own conclusion!
