I was looking for a baby gift and found the "mecca" of all stores. The staff were very kind and were there to answer any questions without hounding me - which I really appreciate! Found the greatest little "Tea" dress and they included

I have been going to Rocky Mountain Kids for 9 years on and off. I have never been treated rude. I've always thought they said hello when I've walked in. It is not the type of store where the sales people follow you around and hound you. I like it like that. I think it's a great little store with really cute clothes.

Pros: Really Cute Clothes and Shoes

Cons: Pricey ( not more than any other children's boutique)

I've had great luck finding just what I wanted for my grandchildren at Rocky Mountain Kids. The customer service is a bit slow, but worth the wait in my opinion.

Today was my second time visiting Rocky Mountain Kids and I was extremely unhappy with the poor customer service. Two people were working when I entered the store and neither of them said hello or acknowledged me. I was in the store for app. 30 minutes and didn't receive any help. I will not return and will definitely take my money elsewhere.

I walked into Rocky Mountain Kids for the first time today and I will never return. When I entered the store, the staff greeted me only when they had time to look up from their conversation about apartment hunting. After 5 minutes of browsing and not finding what I was looking for, I asked one of the employees for some assistance. She did not look at me while I asked for help; instead she seemed pre-occupied with picking her teeth and preening in front of a mirror. When I was ready to make my purchase, the same elderly, dark-haired employee barely made eye-contact and made me feel as if I was bothering her by my mere presence. Are you kidding me? I am 9 mos. pregnant and ready to shop and THIS is the customer service that Rocky Mountain Kids is offering during a recession? I am flabbergasted at this employee's aloofness and will never return. I have sadly come to expect this remedial and rude customer service at Babies R Us, but not at a high-end children's boutique in Boulder. I am sticking with Real Baby on Pearl.
