.

I just adopted an adult cat and brought him to Bell Ridge for a front de-claw procedure. (I have to mention that I struggled with this decision, and that it made me sick to do it...) The staff at Bell Ridge were wonderful about the whole thing - they talked me through the procedure, calmed my fears about it, and overall were very supportive of my decision to do so. They suggested the laser surgery option to me - which in my opinion helped my cat recover much more quickly than I ever expected - and immediately upon his return home, he was running about rubbing our ankles and quite happy and unfazed by the whole thing.
After a few days recovering at home, Munchkin decided to start worrying his front paws and ultimately pulled out a stitch - causing him to wonder what all the shrieking on my part was all about... I called Bell Ridge, had an appointment within the hour, and we were seen immediately upon entering their office.
When we got to Bell Ridge, Munchkin was howling a bit - and immediately a staff member (without even seeing him) said, "Is that MUNCHKIN? I MISSED you!" after only hearing his voice. After we were in the exam room for a few minutes, he was taken to another room to have his paw dressed and antiseptic applied, and I heard another staff member exclaim, "MUNCHKIN! I LOVE you! I just want to squeeze you!"
Now - if recounting those two experiences with their staff isn't enough to convince you these people are serious animal lovers, then there just isn't any convincing you... This was the best vet experience I've ever had with the most caring and lovable staff imaginable.

Pros: Lovable staff. Reasonable pricing.

Cons: Weird part of Bell Road.
