Everytime I walk into this store the employees are so friendly and helpful! No matter what, if i need help i can find it. Whenever I return things, i never have a hassle. the main thing is just keep your receipts and know how you payed for

I love Target's products and It is much cleaner than Wal-Mar. However, when it comes to returning products, they are complete inept. My daughter lost her receipt and we went back to get the money back, they asked for an ID and only returned a portion of her original purchase price. This part I understand because she should have kept her receipt. However, I got home and my daughter found the receipt so we put it on the counter and went back with the original receipt and the refund receipt expecting to get the difference back. The woman behind the counter said that we had to bring the receipt back the same day that we got the cash back and that they could not help us. I called the customer service number and they told me that I could go back to the store and get a refund so I went back and she called corporate and they got on the phone. The woman on the phone said that it wasn't true that you can't get the difference unless it is the same day. She also said that because it was on a gift card, they would not give me back anything without that gift card. She was completely rude and unhelpful over a $12 skirt. It was the principal so I would just tell everyone to beware of Targets refund policy because it is non-existant and they have zero customer service at the Gandy store and more than likely at most of their stores.
