This is the cheapest service I had in my time. The timing was excellent they cam e15 minutes early to lad the bags for a family for 5 that is great. Friendly service great customer serves. Will book my trip with them again and recommend to all.

This is the not the best but good service I had. My family is eager to recommend there service to anyone that need an emergency pick up to be dropped off at the airport. These guys I can count on because they have the potential to serve the better in emergencies.

I have never had this good service, they have reasonable rates compare to other companies. Great customer service well dressed and fluent English speaker. I will use their services next time because I am a regular traveler and this kind of service can be better than anyone?s. I am a happy client with Bay Airporter Express. I was getting late to catch the plan, I had called so many companies though but no one was providing service to me on in emergency, I did not find any transportation service in the last minute, but these guys Bay Air porter Express were there for me. I called them and told them my situation and asked to be picked up in 15min and they said they will be able to provide me the shuttle and make it on time to the airport which happed to be great because this flight was important for me to catch. There service is excellent the drive got me to the Airport on time as they said.

Thank You Bay Airporter Express because of you I made it to my most important meeting. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of emergencies.

Hired service to drive us home from SFO after 26 hours of travel. Shuttle was 15 mins late, broke down on freeway--driver stated that van would overheat if a/c was turned on because van ran on natural gas & he knew it could happen prior to pickup (was 100 degrees outside). When the did overheat, driver pulled to left side of freeway for 10 mins until engine cooled down, but dangerously had to merge back into speedy, oncoming left-lane traffic. Driver was only able to take us to our exit and then proceeded to pull over a 2nd time due to overheating and waited for another van to pick us up. Not once did either driver apologize for faulty service, being late, breaking down. Driver spent most of the time on his cell phone picking up and making multiple calls while driving, and neglected to use his bluetooth headset (even though it was sitting on dashboard). Our family felt driver had unsafe driving practices and inferior vehicles. Driver told us that two of their 10 vehicles ran on natural gas, and if driven over 200 miles on a warm day, van is likely to overheat. This van had already been on one or two pickups that day--ie had already gone that many miles--but for some reason, the service used this same van to pick us up at SFO and drive us home when it's 95-100 degrees outside (and 90 in SF!), after having already driven 200 miles for the day?! Driver requested full payment for services ($75) and when we complained, they stated we could have taken BART home. Eventually, driver requested $65 in cash. Overall, company had very poor customer service and was way overpriced.
