My husband and I got married in the park across from the Inn and rented out the entire inn for our wedding party and family over a long weekend. We had an awesome time. Charlie and Cherie are great, and we have been back several times. It's a very special place that we really enjoy. Charlie will cook you a home made breakfast in the morning where you can eat at a large table with others staying in the inn which makes it fun to meet new people. The patio has a fire pit and you may find Charlie with a friend or two out there playing music at night. We have taken my step sons and they love making smores and exploring the park across the street. They have bikes you can ride without paying any extra. It's really a wonderful place. It's only about an hour and a half from the D/FW Metroplex and makes a GREAT weekend get away. It's very close to Turner Falls and the Arbuckle Wilderness, along with the huge Chickasaw National Recreation Area (the 'park' across the street). Plenty do to during the day.
