Stay away from these guys. The "electricians" don't know what they are doing. I hired them to install a new electrical service in my house and was told the power would be off overnight at most. The power was off for 6 days in the sweltering heat while the workers fiddled around, clearly in over their heads. One of the guys told me they usually do small jobs installing ceiling fans for Home Depot. Scary. Thank goodness my job had to be inspected by the county inspector who found some problems and made sure that they did it right. Through it all, their customer service was rude and disinterested. These guys are bad news.

I needed urgent Saturday service. They got here faster than they said they would - good, but the electrician they sent out was really trying to scam me. I knew the problem that needed to be fixed. He started telling me that they would have to move where the electric comes into my home and that this was very serious, etc..... He clearly had no idea what he was doing or thought he was talking with a dumb woman. I asked him a specific questions, he answered with more generalities about how dangerous it was and what a big job it would be. I asked again and he ran off yelling at me!! and said he was calling the power company to have my service account closed.
Tjhe power company called me a half hour later to get confirmation that I called and wanted my account shut off. Glad they were suspicious.
I called another electrician, he got right out and fixed it - not a small job, but he was able to get it fixed and have the power company (Duke) out to inspect it and power up the lines.
