I recently had Prestige Construction redo my roof! They did an excellent job. They were timely, consistent, and fixed many things that they did not have to such as rotten wood. Everything was done as quoted.
The workers were very polite. NO problems. Bryan was great.

We hired this company to do an addition and remodeling on our house, we agreed it would be completed in 4 months, it has been 8 months and it still isn't done. The completed work needs a lot of corrections, but the owner of Prestige doesn't want to do them. The tile around one toilet is very uneven, causing a huge gap at the base of the toilet. This toilet also leaks at the base. The tile in the shower in the small bathroom needs replacing, it is so cracked and uneven. The workers smoked inside our home and put out their cigarettes on our floor. The brand new kitchen cabinets were damaged during installation, and the repairs are unsatisfactory. The closet doors in the master bedroom were installed wrong, and don't close correctly, even after being fixed twice. The painter wasn't going to patch before priming and painting. He had a hissy fit when he was told he had to patch. He yelled at me and kicked a bucket of primer at me. Then he stormed off. We called the roc, and Jim told us patch and prime before painting is standard. It is very difficult to communicate with the owner and all of his workers. They are all extremely rude, aggressive and hostile. Many times when one of us calls the owner (when he answers his phone), he snarls,"Why are you calling me every day?" This company is a nightmare!

We hired this company to do an addition and remodeling on our house. We agreed it would be completed in four months, it has been seven months and it's still not done! The toilets were installed incorrectly. There were repeated attempts to fix them, but they both flush wrong, and one of them leaks at the base! The closet doors in the master bedroom are installed unevenly, and don't close correctly. The tile in one of the showers is uneven. The hardware in the showers was installed without our approval, and is made out of plastic. Part of the agreement was we would get to pick out plumbing fixtures. We asked him to replace these junky plastic fixtures, but nothing happened. Nothing happening is very typical with Prestige. The The tile at the base of one toilet is also uneven. There are issues with the electrical part of the job. Power goes out suddenly, the circuit breakers are getting tripped. We had this company replace the power box, so this shouldn't be occurring. The wall in one bathroom isn't level, it's bent. They blamed it on a pipe inside the wall. The wall in the kitchen was off by one inch, which was discovered during the granite countertop installation. A different company did the granite countertop, and Prestige tried to blame them, but Prestige was hired to do drywall and framing, and a kitchen remodel. They also installed the kitchen cabinets, and they didn't notice the wall was way off?! The kitchen cabinets were also damaged during installation, and the cabinet doors are hung crooked. The cabinets also need to be straightened as well. The siding still isn't installed. Our lot is irrigated, and we talked to the owner, Bryan Jungwirth, about making sure the water wouldn't get inside the addition. He agreed to make sure that wouldn't happen, but the concrete slab got flooded. He told us that was our problem to fix. We had to hire someone else to take the dirt down in our backyard. At the four month mark, the drywall wasn't even up. Bryan Jungwirth was in Chicago during this time. He is currently in Chicago, on a second trip, and we are waiting for him to finish our house. It has been a full two weeks since he's worked on our house. There are many things left to do, and he isn't returning our phone calls. This is how it's been for over seven months! Work stops for 1-2 weeks at a time, then a little bit of work gets done, then stops for 1-2 weeks again. The owner,Bryan Jungwirth, is very unprofessional and you can't believe anything he says. He lacks communication skills, it's very difficult dealing with him. Don't hire this company! A couple more things: His workers smoked inside our home and were very rude. Bryan wasn't supervising and checking the work being done.
