Jane must have a problem, and particularly a race problem. This Lowe's and Sunbelt Rental in Plano are wonderful places to shop. All employees I've had experience with are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Don't shop at this Lowes location. Managment are very bad and this place have no clue on customer service. If you're not white, this place is not for you to shop, the people working here are very bias especially the mangement. Good-luck on trying to find someone to help you and shoppers you are not safe here. Parking lot is dark. Employees have real dangerous crazy people picking them up after work so beware!!! There's better places to spend your money, don't waste it on Lowes, especially this location.
