I agree with ALL the bad reviews on here. I moved out and just let them keep my deposit, as I knew they would think of a way some how anyway. The staff is very bad in helping you out with a problem. Mostly riff raff people live there. Staff and maintenance come in your apartment anytime they please and I had several things stolen by mainentance, staff or pest control. No wonder they keep a sign out front saying they have ""Openings"". They offer 500.00 off your rent if you get someone else roped in for them. There is not enough parking and the people that live there park wherever they please even if it blocks you in, fire lanes etc. People throw trash everywhere and even put old broken furniture in the dumpsters. It was a nightmare.\r\nFor less money, I rented a better place for less and with better people living here at my new place.. They also charge you water and insurance on the building, but they do not tell you this until you agree to the initial rent, then this is added on. They should insure their own buildings! That was the worst place that I ever lived.\r\nAVOID SAVANNAH APARTMENTS at 875 E Silverado Ranch in Las Vegas

The apts are clean the workers their are the best. Its the office people. they find ways to keep your deposit when you move. even though you pay a cleaning fee of $250. Some apts have people living in the garage. They don't check, all they want is a full rental for they must get a kick back. I'll never go back to them or tell a friend too either

If you are a smoker, you will be taken to the cleaners when you move out. We cleaned the place extensively, washed the blinds, vacuumed cleaned all the appliances, everything tip top. Because we smoked in the apartment for 2 1/2 years the following charges were rendered. $Kilz Paint $71.34, Labor to apply the paint $145.00, odor masters treatment for smike $85.00, ozone treatment $160.00. They also tried to chage us $508 for new carpeting. All because we smoked in a smoking permitted rental. They kept our $400 deposit for the pets and security and want an additional $61.00. They dropped the $508 for new carpeting just to make it look like they were justified with the rest of the charges. Keep in mind there were no burns or damage to the carpet by cigarettes. No, if you smoke, find another place to rent and make sure to ask them to put into writing that they will not charge you any costs for smoking in the unit.

Pros: Pretty

Cons: Lack of disclosure for smokers who rent the apartments

I have lived in Las Vegas since 1977 and as the city gre I moved to various communities to avoid being in the inner city. I have lived in ""luxury"" apartments and have never been disrespected by a manager as I was at Savannah apartments. I lived close to office, paid my rent early and was never a problem tenant, however, as the apartment's ""luxury"" environment deteriorated (gates broken, trashy grounds, insects and just overall) I expressed my concerns to management and had a 30 day notice form shoved in my face, even though my lease was not up for a few more months. I decided to rise above their behavior and fullfill my lease, and gave my 30 day notice when it was due. I walked through my apartment once I had spent days cleaning it from top to bottom with an office staffer, who was so pleasantly surprised at the state in which I had left the apartment, telling me it was ""PERFECT"". Now I receive a letter from the office, 30 days later telling me that they are charging me $45.00 to deodorize heavy smoke. I NEVER smoked in my apartment, however I burnt lightly fragranced incense and candles. I lived there a year and they are required to paint and clean carpets between tenants, and IF there had been any smell, that would have taken care of it. This is how management has treated me from the start and the managers attempt to take a last jab at me, as I have moved on to a much better place. I know its only $45.00, but it is the point. I was patient for a year with an over run of pigeons and all their mess, teens hanging under my apartment window every night playing loud music, broken security gates and the ""security"" they boast is really a courtesy patrol who WALKS the 480 unit property. There is one nice woman, Amanda, in the office, otherwise its the mean manager and temps who dont know the procedures for anything. This apartment is ridiculous to call itself ""luxury"" , it just doesnt qualify anymore. and its way overpriced.Good riddance!

Nothing but trouble. They bill the community as safe mainly because of security patrol and gates, however the security is not onsite and the gates were left broken and open overnight and the person gates were drilled out for months. when we notified the office they told us this was not the case until i offered to show them ourselfs. After having some attempted breakins on our apartment we got a dog, then were told to get rid of it because he was too big. long story short we kept the dog and decided to move because of the lack of trust. After we moved out i was sent a letter saying we stole a washer upon leaving....this warsher was trash and barley adequate i did not take it and they have not filed any police reports on a stolen washer.......make your own decision on that one. it is a nice community otherwise and the pools are awesome aside from the fact that it is a meeting ground for all the local kids without pools. Nice place but not worth the headache in a million years!

Pros: nice pool and close to basic stores

Cons: Horriable staff unwilling to be honest or communicate with respect

Apartment facility and managment are adequate but the problem is that the entire complex is a playground for cockroaches. No matter how much they spray they just can't get rid of them. Truly is disguting.
