I was very impressed by UCS's timeliness from the start. Within minutes of posting my search, I had received a call. Raymond answered all of my questions no matter how ridiculous I thought they sounded. Raymond has never been late for an estimate or the actual scheduled day of cleaning. It might seem minor, but in my experiences, timeliness is very important to me. I was even more impressed by how new my carpets looked when he was done. He is methodical and goes beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied with the carpets. I highly recommend UCS and so would my husband. He was totally impressed by the difference

The only reason I didn't give a Very Good rating, is that there were still stains that weren't removed. Cudo's for coming on a Sunday and staying till the job got done, also very professional and personable service!
