This shop was very customer friendly, I felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door, the staff was curteous and the bathrooms were clean. My car repairs were taken care of at a very reasonable price

They took forever getting my estimate, they took forever getting my parts, they didn't even ORDER my parts until they car had been there 4 days and they knew I was keeping it there. Craptastic service. The prices are crappy, and the men that work there don't think that a "little woman" can or should know anything about what kind of service she wants from a body shop.
