The worst automotive experience I have ever had. They told me I had a "junk engine," ripped it apart, threw all the parts in a cardboard box and charged me $500. I would have sued, but I was on my way abroad for a year the next day. What was needed was an EGR valve. The "junk engine" is still going strong 30,000 miles and several years later. Morons and crooks!

I use bobars all the time. i have aaa and i always request them. their dirvers are nice and very helpful. i don't know how much it costs since my auto club covers it but i sure think it is worth it. highly recommend!

Seriously, who would want to use a company that steals parts from a car?
Bobars has happily stolen parts, and completely denied it until a law suit was threaten. On top of that they are far from nice people. I really hope that you never use Bobars, for they have caused a lot of unnecessary hassle.

I was driving down Helderberg Ave. one day and I blew a tire out. I called Bobars and said it was an emergency and that i would pay extra for quick service. They showed up an hour and a half later. They made me still pay extra. I was charged $195 to get towed to State Street Service. I can not belive that they made me pay all that money for nothing. It is ridiculas.

although bobars does charge quite a bit more then other towing companies, they do show up on time, have great communication, and are very professional. their trucks are very nice, and they are very polite, and offer to help you in any way that they can. overall, i would say the only bad thing is their prices, but if you're in a pinch, and you need a tow, give them a call.

Bobars is very expensive. Better off using an indiviadual, someone who owns their own truck. I know someone in Scotia who charges less than a quarter of what bobars will charge someone. Just something to think about. If money is an issie, don't call Bobars.
